By providing your phone number and opting in via our website forms, you consent to receive text messages from 3Sixty Experiences. The following terms apply to our SMS messaging program:
3Sixty Experiences offers two types of SMS communications that you may independently opt into:
Message frequency varies. Non-marketing messages are sent as needed based on your booking activity. Marketing messages will not exceed 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's standard messaging rates apply.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. You may opt into marketing messages, non-marketing messages, both, or neither independently. By checking the applicable consent checkbox(es) on our forms, you expressly agree to receive the selected category of text messages at the phone number provided.
You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-opt in. You may also contact us directly to opt out:

Our SMS program is supported on all major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We will not sell, rent, or share your phone number or any information collected through our SMS program with third parties for their marketing purposes. All bookings are subject to availability. A deposit may be required to secure your event date. Cancellation and refund policies will be communicated at the time of booking. 3Sixty Experiences reserves the right to modify service offerings and pricing at any time.
All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, images, and software—is the property of 3Sixty Experiences and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
3Sixty Experiences shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
